I've known Francis for more than 20 years and I even knew his parents who attended the same Church.  He was intially with AIA and he managed my insurance after a mutual friend of ours left AIA.  When he moved to GE, and as my trusted insurance financial adviser, I continued to buy insurance from him. Francis is very patient in explaining my policies to me and most times having to repeat the next year what he explained to me because I've forgotten what they were all about.  Along the way, he helped me grow my retirement funds. He is not pushy or cajoling like some insurance agents are and works within my means.  My son, who does not earn very much, was also able to buy an insurance policy which is affordable which would offer him some protection.
